75 Sense and nonsense of yT-staging on MRI after chemoradiotherapy in rectal cancer 5 Interobserver agreement IOA (Krippendorff’s alpha + 95%CI) was higher for the expert versus non-expert readers; α=0.67 (0.63-0.71) versus α=0.39 (0.33-0.44). IOA for the pTRG4-5 subgroup was α=0.58 (0.45-0.70) for the experts and α=0.41 (0.34-0.47) for the non-experts; for the pTRG1-3 subgroup IOA was α=0.66 (0.62-0.70) for the experts and α=0.35 (0.29-0.40) for the non-experts. Figure 1 Trendlines using lineair regresson of ymrT-/ ypT-stage concordance, under- and overstaging rates in relation to the degree of tumour regression at histopathology (pTRG). The proportion of correctly staged patients increased with higher pTRG scores (i.e. with poorer degrees of tumour regression).
