The red line represents the result of the prediction model. To make the prediction model easy to use in practice, a calculator is available (https://derzis.nu/Calculator/). Users can enter the individual patient variables in the calculator to obtain the probability of adherence. The optimal cut-off point for the calculator is based on maximizing the sum of sensitivity and specificity [33]. Based on the cohort of this study a threshold of 53.5% is suggested as the optimal cut-off value to define adherent patients (Figure 4 and 5).
