Search terms included controlled terms (MeSH in PubMed, Emtree in Embase and Thesaurus terms in PsycInfo and in IBSS) as well as free text terms. The following terms were used (including synonyms and closely related words) as index terms or free-text words: ‘mental disorders’ and ‘social support’ and ‘mentoring’ and ‘clinical trials’. The searchwas performedwithout filters, date and language restrictions.
