The focus groups focus on experiences, ideas, opinions and feelings of those involved with the portfolio of the GP specialty training. • What is going to happen: Open assignments and questions. Room for discussion. No wrong or right answers. Maximum duration of 90 minutes. The conversation is audio recorded, the recording will be transcribed, during transcription personal details will be left out. • Questions before we start? Introductory round (5 min) • Who are you? • Do you have any experiences with (e-)portfolios other than those of the GP specialty training? Pros and cons (10 min) • Explanation of the assignment: Write down some pros and cons of the portfolio for yourself. Pick the most important pro and con and write these in the chat. • Some short questions considering the different answers. Questions (45 min) • How do you use the portfolio during your/guidance of the learning process?
