This difference in HRQoL at baseline was not reflected by a clinically relevant difference in frailty scores (Table 1). Comparing role limitations due to physical problems (RP) in both groups resulted in the highest score difference at twelve months after admission (NR: 0 [0–50]; R: 100 [75–100], p < 0.001).
