144 Supplementary Figure S3 | Sequence-matched antibody-bound peptides from the PhIP-Seq library to anti-flagellin antibodies anti-A4-Fla2, antiCBir1 and anti-Fla-X demonstrate a high degree of sequence identity and alignment length, which are among the strongest differentially abundant peptides between patients with CD and population controls. (A–C) Percentages of significantly enriched sequence-matched antibody-bound peptides to anti-A4-Fla2 (A), anti-CBir-1 (B) and anti-Fla-X (C) antibodies are considerably higher among patients with CD compared to patients with UC and population controls. (D) Anti-OmpC antibodies show only a few unique matches with antibody-bound peptides, which demonstrate very low presence in both patients with IBD and population controls (most <2%).
