139 7 DELIRIUM | PART THREE On day 4, delirium assessment with DRS-R-98 is repeated. Resolution of delirium was defined as a DRS-R-98 total severity score of <15.25 points with a ≥4.5 points reduction in the severity items scores. If on day 4 the severity score of DRS-R-98 is ≥15.25 points, maintenance dose of haloperidol is increased according to the following guideline.
