What this paper adds: • Bilateral botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT-A) and submandibular duct ligation have a positive effect on the well-being. • Bilateral submandibular duct ligation has a larger effect on the impact of drooling on daily care, reducing damage to electronic devices and improving social interaction and satisfaction with life.
