Because representatives from health insurance companies were not able to attend this focus group, they were asked to add their ideas, thoughts, and opinions to the transcript of the focus group. This focus group was held online by using Zoom Video Communications, Inc., version 5.15.7. The interview schedule for this focus group is included in Table 7.3.
