77 Pilot testing of BEAR 4 intervention, significant chronic illness of the child, severe parental psychopathology (such as depression, psychosis, substance use disorder), a severe intellectual disability of both child and parents, severe vision and hearing impairments and/or severe motor impairments. The BEAR intervention was carried out by first line healthcare providers (MdG and CB) and supervised by clinical specialists (CD and MvA). During the first and last home visit, both first line healthcare professionals and specialists visited the participating families. During pilot testing, measures were conducted before (T1) and directly after (T2) treatment. Measures An overview of all measures can be found in Table 1.
