Primary Outcome Measures Joint Engagement Rating Inventory (JERI). Joint engagement in the parent-child interaction was measured with the JERI (Adamson & Suma, 2020) based on a semi-structured 12-minute videotaped interactions between parent and child. The JERI was administered for each dyad at start (T1), eight weeks after start (T2) and six months after endpoint (T3). For detailed instructions regarding the videotaped interactions we refer to Snijder et al., 2022. Recordings were subsequently coded for four engagement states: total joint engagement, supported
